Period 8 begins Monday, June 3rd

New Agency Partner - Murphy Harpst Children's Centers

Circle of Care, Pearl's Hope in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Would you like to be part of a team that helps to bring hope to homeless families?  One of our “new” partnering agencies is part of the Circle of Care in Oklahoma and is called PEARL’S HOPE.  Many of you have been to the Boy's Ranch in Gore and to the Children’s Home in Tahlequah, which are also part of Circle of Care.  PEARL’S HOPE is in Tulsa and is a transitional housing facility that provides an array of support services for single mothers and their children.  Most importantly, they assist ...

Period 7 begins Monday

We have one opening on a team with leadership, in North Scituate, Rhode Island, for Camp Aldersgate.  We also have one couple who will be dropping in as the only NOMADS for the project in of openings for our 3 week project period which begins Monday, in Rollins, Montana for Flathead Lake United Methodist Camp.  Please sign up if you can assist with either of these projects.  The remainder of the projects during period 7 are full, and two were cancelled due to lack of signups.

Our period 4 ended on March 28th, and some of our Hosts have responded by evaluating their projects for us.  We had a lovely comment from the Vashti Center in Thomasville, GA  "It is always unbelievable how much work the NOMADS get done while they are here. They work in all the buildings on our campus - quietly & diligently. What a reflection of Christ's love."  

Period 6 begins April 22, 2013

Gracious Thank You Notes from period 3 partners
